Founding the UX discipline
I spent my first 100 days on Decima establishing a UX baseline through analysis and presented a vision for the future of Product Design on Decima. At the same time I established a strong foundation for the discipline at Guerrilla Games through practical and proven execution.
Defining success with users
As part of the foundation of UX on Decima, I developed a reliable User Insight Pipeline. The coverage of insight touchpoints, and an educated shift in culture, pushed the measure of success away from simply ‘shipping new features’ to measuring impact and value for users.
Designing world class tools
To ensure cultural shift happened through example, I designed and executed on multiple large tooling projects. From a complete new Narrative Content Editor, to novel and sophisticated 3D modeling and manipulation tools.
